Scan-to-BIM modeling, from point cloud to intelligent model

We transform high-density point clouds into accurate, parametric BIM models — true to the real, as-built condition of your asset.

Scan-to-BIM is the workflow that converts a 3D laser scan of an existing facility into an intelligent BIM model. Centeno 7 Engineering delivers architecture, structure and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing/piping) models in Revit, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Cadworx and SolidWorks Plant — coordinated and ready for engineering decisions.

We don't stop at raw geometry. Our mechanical and industrial engineering background lets us deliver models enriched with data and full interoperability, at the LOD (200 / 300 / 350 / 500 as-built) your project requires.
