What is Scan-to-BIM?+
Scan-to-BIM is the workflow that converts a 3D laser scan (point cloud) of an existing facility into an intelligent, parametric BIM model in software such as Revit, AutoCAD Plant 3D or Cadworx — accurate to the real, as-built condition of the asset.
Do you provide services in the US and Mexico?+
Yes. Centeno 7 Engineering operates as an LLC in the United States and as a SAS de CV in Mexico, and delivers remote modeling worldwide. On-site laser scanning is available across Mexico and, for selected projects, in the United States.
What is a Digital Twin and why do I need one?+
A Digital Twin is an interactive, data-rich virtual replica of a physical asset built from a high-precision point cloud. It enables operation, simulation, maintenance and long-term financial decision-making — going far beyond raw geometric data.
Which software and formats do you deliver in?+
We guarantee full interoperability with industry standards: Revit, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Cadworx, SolidWorks Plant, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Infraworks, Inventor and Caesar II — delivering native Open BIM, .RVT, .DWG and .IFC files.
